was produced from frozen Grüner Veltliner grapes and shows noble golden notes with yellow reflections. This unique specialty is becoming increasingly rare due to climatic changes. In the nose it seduces with deep-spicy Veltliner fruit of pineapple and peaches, accompanied by fine notes of honey. On the palate, the wine again shows deep fruit with complex nuances, which end in a long and creamy-sweet finish, supported by a fine acidity.

Description
"The cellar team headed by Wolfgang Peck and Christopher Eisinger ensures that every step of the process, from accepting the grapes to bottling, is carried out as gently as possible in order to obtain the optimum wine quality and to bring it into the bottle. We constantly invest in traditional equipment such as wooden barrels, but we are also open to new innovations to guarantee optimal quality. Our wines are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then gently aged in oak barrels of various sizes and ages."
