Pale yellow with green hints, this Spanish white is clean and bright, is medium in body and full of green fruit and honey flavours. An interesting wine, it's definitely one to try.

Description

Bodegas Menade is a family run vineyard based a kilometer away from the town of Rueda. They put nature at the heart of what they do and produce some amazing natural and organic wines. All grapes are certified organic and only natural yeasts are used.

The Verdejo grapes are taken from their parcels grown on stony clay and limestone soils. Hand picked and fermented with their natural yeasts with 3 months spent on it's lees. No sulphur is added.
