Vines planted in 1947. Covering an area of 34 ares, purchased in 2010, this old vineyard is located at the foot of the ?Les Cailles? Premier Crus. Produced from a small crop affected by millerandage (very small grapes of varying sizes), the wine has a dark red hue and scents of violets and blackberries.

Description
The duet father and son Hubert and Laurent Lignier manage 9 hectares and make 24 wines (Bourgogne, village, premier and grand cru appellations). Our vineyards are ploughed sinced 1990s, excluding weedkiller and insecticides. Our “climates” and great terroirs’ soils are firmly respected in order to favour microorganism and therefore the essential balance for the vine’s growth. Since 2011, we use organic protective treatments.
