Very dark colour, Indian ink. The nose is pure, powerful and fresh with aromas of blackberries, incense and pencil lead suggesting a nice minerality. The palate is ample and velvety with blackberry, blackcurrant, black pepper and graphite. The finish with contained acidity makes our taste buds salivate and gives way to an iodized and gunflint taste. Aging potential: 20 years.
