The wine is aged in older 228 liter barrels. It has a characteristic pinot noir scent with raspberries, strawberries and black currants with noble and spicy notes in the background. The wine is more powerful than you can expect from this appellation. It has a good tannin structure that provides length and complexity. Serve at 16-18°C with poultry, meat dishes or mild cheeses.

Description
The domain was founded in 1986 and this year also celebrates its 35th anniversary. When Denis decided to bottle his own production, many plots that had been within the family for generations were sold. In 2000, son Jean-Baptiste came to support his parents. Today, the domain has 15 hectares of vineyard including plots in Saint-Aubin and Santenay and Jean Baptiste is in charge after the death of his father in 2016. The grapes come from plots with calcareous soils around Santenay, Saint-Aubin and Maranges.
