The Gutturnio Frizzante by Bulli is a red wine fermented spontaneously in the bottle of the Piacenza hills that is appreciated for the frank, lively and fresh profile. Perfect in combination with cold cuts and cheeses, it impresses with every sip with its fun and simple flavour profile, enriched with aromas of juicy red fruits, rustic notes and pleasant floral fragrances. This wine consists of Barbera 50-60%, Bonarda 20-30% and some local red grapes 10-20%. Refermentation takes place in bottle with indigenous yeasts according to the ancestral method, giving this wine its unique sparkling. The wine is unfiltered with no added sulphites.
