Last week was the Baggot Street Wines Christmas party, the first one in over two years! As part of our outing we got to visit the guys at Craft Cocktails in Smithfield.  Craft Cocktails is an Irish owned business that was launched in October of 2020 with the intention of bringing high quality pre made cocktails to your home. With the help of the expert team at award winning Bar 1661 they created a range of 12 different core cocktails as well as seasonal releases bottled in distinct premium packaging.  Since launching the brand has garnered some serious accolades winning Best Drinks at the 2021 Irish Made Awards and Innovator of the Year Award at the Food and Wine Awards 2021.

As part of our visit we were given a tour of their manufacturing facilities and got the chance to learn about the premium ingredients used in their drinks. All of Craft Cocktails drinks use premium branded spirits to create one of the highest quality pre mixed cocktails on the market. The most important part of the tour of course was the tasting where the team tasted through their wide range of different cocktails which all went down a treat with the Mezcal Margarita and Banana Old Fashioned standing out as favourites of ours.
