This cuvée assembles old vine Grenache from three terroirs of the South:

A supple and multi-layered Cannonau (Grenache) made entirely in Amphorae by Elena

Made from grapes traditionally used in the region, its wine making process

This cuvée sees no oak with no destemming, and is bottled unfiltered

After crushing the grapes go through a thermal shock followed by foot

Pale red in colour, it offers up aromas of red cherries, raspberries

Pale pink colour. Floral aromas with hints of stone fruits

Dry and medium to full bodied with nicely juicy acidity. Lots of

Beautiful intense ruby colour. Deep and complex aromas of ripe fruit well

Bright pale yellow citrus hue. A wine with the backbone of granite
