  1. Olianas Vermentino di Sardegna, Sardinia

Made with 100% Vermentino Sardinia’s signature white grape. A different take and approach to Vermentino here. Firstly there are 2 harvests – the earlier harvest has more acidity and the latter has rounder flavors resulting in a very balanced wine, secondly, 30% of the wine is aged in large oak. Round and generous on the palate with stone fruit, pink grapefruit, and spicy notes (fennel and jasmine) with a long fresh finish.
  2. Immich-Batterieberg Detonation Riesling Mosel

Gernot Kollmann makes wine with zero manipulation and a passion for expressing the terroir. He focuses on producing dry Riesling; the majority of the fruit is handpicked and purchased from sustainably farmed growing sites around the idyllic towns of Drohn and Oberemmeler.
  3. Innocent Bystander Rose Victoria

Innocent Bystander's reputation has been built upon the style of their regional and varietal wines, which reflect the soil, climate and topography of the cool Yarra Valley. Owned by one of Australia's leading family-owned wine companies, Brown Brothers, the Yarra Valley fruit is harvested and immediately transported to their winery in Milawa, Northern Victoria. Here the winemaking team process the grapes in their 'Kindergarten Winery', specially designed for small batches and different winemaking techniques for minimal intervention.
  4. Claus Preisinger Ancestral Sparkling Burgenland

Claus Preisinger Ancestral comes from vines planted on gravel, limestone and marl soils in the town of Gols (Neusiedl). He uses biodynamic agriculture with organic treatments, avoiding chemical products that could harm the natural balance of the terroir. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness. The wine is a sparkling wine made according to the ancient method. Once the grapes have been pressed and there is a resulting must, it ferments spontaneously. Before the fermentation process has finished, it is bottled and closed with a lid so that carbon dioxide is naturally created. Made with an unusual local grape, Claus Preisinger Ancestral St. Laurent is an example of the expertise this viticulturist has when it comes to producing wines using the ancient method. A whirlwind of fruit and juiciness.
  5. Liliac & Kracher Ice Wine Transylvania 375ml

Eiswein refers to the process of allowing the grapes to freeze on the vine during a frost. The grapes are then picked and pressed quickly so that the frozen water content is separated from the now concentrated grape juice. The production of Eiswein is risky because of the risk that a frost will not come soon enough or the grapes rot beforehand. This means that Eiswein is more expensive and certainly rarer than conventional sweet wines, and the quality is astounding. Immense concentration of pure, rich peach and apricot fruits, balanced perfectly by cleansing citrus acidity.
  6. Zantho Beerenauslese Burgenland 375ml

An outstanding Beerenauslese that pairs with fruity desserts or strong hard cheeses. With time this wine will develop complexity and more honeyed flavours in the bottle. On the nose are wonderful aromas of exoctic fruits, banana and pineapple. The palate is incredibly fruity and coats the mouth with a fine balance between the sweetness and the acidity of the wine.
  7. Milan Nestarec Youngster Red Moravia

Milan Nestarec is a young grower based in Moravia, a region in the Czech Republic that lies just 15km from the northern Austrian border. Milan’s father planted the 8 hectares of vines in 2001 across two wine growing municipalities: Moravský Žižkov and Velké Bílovice. This region has a lot in common with Austria, from the loess soils to the grape varieties that flourish here. Milan works with a host of varieties including Riesling, Neuburger, Welschriesling, Pinot Noir and the lesser known Hibernal. The yield is kept low in the vineyards and the focus is always on quality and expressing the full potential of each variety. Milan is a member of the ‘Autentisté’ group - a community of winemakers making authentic wines that strive to express the true character of the land. No herbicides are used in his vineyards and the vines are worked strictly organically. Milan also vinifies everything with indigenous yeasts and bottles without fining or filtration.
  8. Inniskillin Niagara Gold Vidal Icewine Ontario

Inniskillin is now synonymous with top quality icewine and consistently sets the bar much higher than its competitors. They harvest at a higher brix level than the minimum set by the VQA (Vintners Quality Alliance in Ontario) and their wines have a higher level of residual sugar. This gives richer, more intense wines that merit their higher price. Inniskillin was founded in 1975 by Austrian chemist Karl Kaiser and Italian-Canadian agriculture graduate Donald Ziraldo, who worked tirelessly to introduce better vines and superior winemaking techniques to Niagara. In 1984, to make the most of the extreme Canadian winter, Kaiser produced his first icewine - a pivotal point in garnering attention from the international wine world.
  9. Folias de Baco Uivo Renegado Pt Nat Bruto Douro

The Uivo wines are born in the high altitude slopes of the Douro Valley, in family estate vineyards. All the wine creation process is carefully monitored and controlled, allying the knowledge acquired throughout generations to the most recent scientific developments.
  10. Weingut Geil Rieslaner Beerenauslese 37.5cl

Beguiling aromas with notes of ripe mirabelle plums and exotic fruits. Very juicy in the mouth, classy acidity, but also a lot of elegance, fine creaminess on the finish. Geil Gutsweine are unpretentious, everyday wonders with careful grape selection and extremely high standards. Geil is produced in the small town of Bechtheim, which lies in southern Rheinhessen, amid the softly rolling green hills of the Wonnegau rising from the Rhine plateau.
  11. Foncalieu Paradis Secret Rose, Languedoc

An attractive pale salmon pink colour greets the eye. The nose is immediately floral with aromatic notes of white blossom and magnolias plus fruity tones of peach, nectarine, wild strawberries and a hint of lime in the background. The palate is dry with similarly fruity notes of stone fruit and strawberries, lifted by a refreshing lemon and lime-fresh acidity. Maturation on fine lees in stainless steel tanks adds a touch of finesse and roundness to the mid-palate and the finish shows decent length with a hint of grapefruit.
  12. Le Cellier D Eole Rosabelle Rosé, Pays d Oc

Smooth Rose with a delicate aroma. Notes of fresh strawberries at the nose. It has a light body and hints at sweet tropical aromas of grapefruit. It’s dry and acidic
  13. Txomin Etxaniz Txakoli, Getariako Txakolina

If you like Vinho Verde or Albariño, then you must try Txomin Etxaniz Txakoli. Attractive brilliant straw hues, with a mid-to-low fizz spritz on the palate. The nose is alluring and delicate with apple, cucumber and some light pear perfume. The palate shows more fullness and structure; gentle fruit sweetness gives a bright fruit spread on entry, and it gains nice gentle tartness, facilitating a poised and impeccably balanced finish. Clean, well-composed spring fruits, beautifully spiced; great drinking.

A beautiful Cremant from Bourgogne. One hundred percent chardonnay, this elegant wine is full of creamy lemon, and lime zest with hints of baked apple.

At Fazenda Agrícola Augalevada, Iago works the land in an organic way and following biodynamic methods, thus achieving a balanced vineyard with all the microorganisms that are part of a living soil. A granite soil characteristic of the area, which crucially influences the profile of his wines, crisp, easy to drink, and very fresh. Smoky aroma, white fruit, with a touch of spice. Good acidity on the palate, fresh, crisp, intense yellow fruit.

Fruit in straw and a vintage allure, the latest creation of the Lafage Domaine has everything it needs to impress! With its bistro look, its offbeat side, and its great freshness, La Retro is the new 100% pleasure wine of the Lafage Domaine. It is inspired by wine growers of yesteryear, those reds in a light color and with a low alcohol content that was the delight of family meals every day. Playing with these codes, Jean-Marc and Eliane Lafage sought to reproduce the exact profile of the drinkable wine, light and crisp, that can be appreciated throughout the year and that can be served fresh to accompany the heat of the summer.
