Born with the clear objective of enhancing the viticulture of Malaga's Axarquía , where the vineyards, many of them centenary, grow on steep slopes and slopes of between 40 and 60 percent , at elevations between 400 and 900 meters. altitude.
All this greatly complicates any viticultural work, but at the same time, it gives the grapes unique characteristics for making wines.
The winery is supplied from different plots located in Moclinejo, about five hectares in total, belonging to a small town in the Axarquía very close to the sea. Moscatel is mostly what is planted, but there are also some other varieties such as Pedro Ximénez or Romé . Viticulture is still very traditional, almost always assisted by mules in loading work and at harvest time.

It is made mainly with Moscatel de Alejandría , the queen variety of Malaga's Axarquía, but in its 'coupage' there is also room for the Doradilla , a native grape of the Sierras de Málaga that is subtle in aromas but that provides volume and a few Very interesting salty touches . Both varieties come from a set of small plots where freshness prevails , and is that La Raspa is above all a toast to the Mediterranean, tradition, roots and friendship. Simply Axarquía!Details
