The sons of John Teeling, founder of the Cooley Distillery, they already had valuable experience of the industry. In fact, the family name is embedded in Dublin distilling since 1782, when Walter Teeling set up a craft distillery on Marrowbone Lane.
Description
Introducing the second edition of Teeling Wonders of Wood Series! For this expression, Teeling have fully matured a single pot still whiskey in Virgin Portuguese Oak casks. These Portuguese oak casks have a higher tannin content than other variants and produce a distinct savoury marmalade flavour with warming hints of tobacco and pepper unique to Irish Whiskey. Truly an Irish whiskey to savour!
