"At Teeling Whiskey we believe in driving the evolution of Irish Whiskey through the creation of new and unique expressions. As part of this innovative mission, we have been a pioneer in celebrating Irish Single Grain crafted using a recipe of 95% corn and 5% malted barley. The first in our Aged Single Grain series saw us explore the influence of Bordeaux Red Wine Casks while our newest release continues this exploration by focusing on the influence of ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks on our Single Grain. This Limited Edition 15 Year Old Bottling was matured initially in ex-bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further twelve months in ex-Sauvignon Blanc Casks. Proudly bottled at 50% ABV with no chill filtration ensuring all the true character of the whiskey is retained."
