Description
'Almost forgotten' this very rare varietal, Arcos grown on limestone soils outside Valencia. It is a late ripening varietal with the 2018 harvest beginning on the 10th of October. The highly regarded Javi Revert ferments the wine in cement before ageing it in large used casks.
