Light golden colour with hints of ripe peeled apricots, still that precise minerality, focused, layered and an excellent texture, evolves as it opens up in the glass, leaving a beautiful moreish mouthfeel. There is a toasty but fresh brioche feel freshened by pink grapefruit acidity.
Description
Established since 1584, Gosset is one of the smallest Grande Marque Champagne producers. Whilst the champagnes that they produce have never been plentiful in quantity, they have distinguished themselves with the consistently superb quality throughout the entire range of champagnes produced. This vintage is only the 8th edition of Gosset Celebris vintage in the past 34 years. It is offered in a limited edition of 15,000 bottles. Time is part of the essence and personality of Celebris. It contributes to the expression of the style of this confidential cuvée.
