Very mineral, yet not aggressive, with trademark green and red apple and oyster-shell aromas. The palate is whistle-fresh with lime, apple and more minerals showing. The overall impression is of a perfectly balanced, fleshy and ripe wine.

Description
Gérard Tremblay is the 5th generation owner of this domaine in Chablis. Under his ownership, the property has grown from 30 acres to 100 acres, 30 acres being first cru and Grand Cru sites. Gerard is very passionate and a purist. He uses “Lutte raisonnée” sustainable viticulture and takes a lot of care in plowing to preserve the Terroir. This gives the Chardonnay a special, vibrant personality due to the sub soil (Kimmeridgian limestone/fossilized shells). Gerard’s son, Vincent, is now beggining to take over winemaking responsibilities.
