A blend of Grenache Blanc from Paarl/Swartland and Wellington, with a dash of Grenache Gris. This wine was taken to the tank and fermented in old French Oak barrels. But then, to add some extra kick in the wine, they also allowed a few days of skin contact on a portion of the grapes. This gives the wine extra grip and texture.

Walser's operation is unusual because he owns no vineyards and rarely makes the same wine twice. He only works with small batches, buying grapes from around 60 vineyards all over the Western Cape.
