Chimay Red Cap is a copper coloured Trappist beer. Great fruit character, mostly stone fruits dominated by apricots. Well balanced with fine spices.

Chimay White Cap is a perfectly balanced Abbey Tripel. Flavours of crisp apples, muscat grapes, and raisin dominate this excellent Trappist beer.

A rich and intense dark Belgian ale. It is brewed with a subtle blend of specialty malts, which give the ale an extremely dark colour and a chewy, malty complex character. Secondary fermentation in the bottle creates a living ale that can be aged and will have an evolution of taste profiles over time.

Deep copper colour. Thrice hopped, great bitter character. Great complexity.
