Jean-Claude took over his father’s estate in 1996. 12 hectares of old vines mainly in Brouilly. Inspired by the teachings of Jules Chauvet the estate is certified organic and his approach is to farm biodynamically with natural methods followed in the winery.
Expect his wines to be lively, fruit forward and so fresh that it will be easy to drink the entire bottle by yourself.
