Paulo Laureano (one of the most highly prized Portuguese oenologists) created an elegant and well structured wine with a long persistent finish on the palate. The nose is full of dark ripe berries with spices and toasty flavours and it is beautifully presented in this attractive bottle.
Try it with game such as partridge recipes, pork medallions or other roast meats and vegetables. Works well with hearty stews too.
