  7. Dom Perignon 1990, Vintage Brut

The Prestige Cuvee from the House of Moet & Chandon, Dom Perignon is the quintessential choice for the connoisseur of Champagne. Vintages this old are very difficult to fine. At a ripe old age of 27 years, the nose can be ripe and perhaps a touch oxidative but mature. Perhaps complex flavours of nuts, butter and yet still quite fleshy. A complex wine with aged nuances. Drinking now.
  8. 1993 Perrier Jouet 'Belle Epoque' Blanc de Blancs

Established in 1811, Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque stands out visually amongst the other Grand Cuvee Champagne houses, thanks to the beautiful Japanese anemones on the bottle, designed by Emile Galle in 1902. Aromas of white fruits, lemons, white peach and pear gives way to hints of pineapple. This is followed by richer aromas of nuts, marzipan, and sweet spice. The palate is lively, with marked minerality. Sensual and silky, harmonious and beautifully balanced, the flavours mingle to leave a long, fine finish. An iconic vintage from Perrier Jouet. The last bottle that we know of left outside the Champagne House. Drink now to 2018.
  9. Pol Roger, Brut Rosé

Packed with aromas of soft, red fruit with an equally fruity palate, harmoniously combining body and finesse.
  10. Pol Roger, Brut Resérve NV, Magnum

Fine bubbles, a bouquet of floral and fruity aromas. Riped and thirst-quenching on the palate, a superb taste of brioche
