Vigneti Zabu Il Passo Nerello Mascalese, Sicily

The Il Passo Vigneti Zabu by Farnese / Fantini is a special red wine whose Nerello Mascalese grapes are harvested later after they have dried in the warm winds of the African continent. So the berries lose 15-20% of their water, resulting in a highly concentrated must with a very high intensity of aromas and extract. After the fermentation, the Il Passo Vigneti Zabu is stored for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
