Made from organic grapes Cantine Rallo Ciello Rosso Nero d’Avola has freshness and energy, dark red colour, hints of black plum, coffee and chocolate on the nose, pleasant spiciness in the mouth with smooth dark fruit flavours.

Smooth on the palate with fragrance of plums and red mulberries. The typical freshness of the variety is well balanced. 3 months in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10 °C.

    Expressive and classic Soave, white flower and green apple notes. Ripe fruit perfectly balanced with the acidity and its freshness. The Pieropan family has been producing wines in Soave since the 1890s. Indeed, they were the first producer to bottle a wine with the name Soave on the label in the early 1930s. The soil is clay-basalt and volcanic in origin. Yields are low and the vines south facing. The vineyards are planted primarily with Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave (no relation to its prolific Tuscan namesake). No pesticides or chemicals are used.

Aged for 18 months in 10 years old 1/2muids and 2500 liters foudres. Limestone in the northern Rhone gives wildness to Syrah. Higher acidity and more structure than Saint Julien.

    Première Rosé is organically grown and produced entirely from the Figuière estate in the Côtes-de-Provence AOP. The goal of Première Rosé is to express the unique terroir found at La Londe where Figuière is located. A blend of Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Grenache with a short two to three-hour maceration on the skins. Tasting Notes Figuière aims for tight wines that express the unique terroir of coastal Provence. Première Rosé shows complex aromas and flavors of nectarine, thyme and lavender, and white flowers. The wine has a persistent freshness thanks to cooling breezes from the Mediterranean and an underpinning of salty minerality thanks to La Londe’s distinctive schist soils.

It will continue to evolve in the bottle over the next three years.
