This is one of the most sought-after plots of land in all of Crozes-Hermitage. Franck farms organically to ensure the health of both soil and crops. As a result of healthy, properly ripened grapes, he makes deliciously juicy Syrah that is fresh, concentrated, and complex. The first thing you’ll notice about this Northern Rhone Syrah is the fruit – the distinct aroma of blueberries and plums along with violets. This is followed by creamy chocolate and spice. And this continues to the palate with the heady flavor of sweet, ripe plums, prunes and earth. The wine is very well balanced and structured. Integrated, with soft, silky tannin and very manageable acidity with reasonably low alcohol at 13% ABV
