"Rich and delicious, this is an elegant Burgundian white without the hefty price of many. There are ripe fruit flavours in abundance, in particular green apples. I have enjoyed this wine many times but remember it specifically as being the most perfect partner for a roasted pork belly with crispy crackling dish. Salivating stuff!"
