Since 1927, three generations of winegrowers have succeeded each other at the Château Aydie. The wines come from vines that are on average 30 years old and are planted on chalky, clayey, gravelly soils.
This is an exceptional Madiran, powerful, long, and complex. It has a dark, intense, ruby color. The aromas are a mixture of red and black fruit and spices. Supple attack with delicate, silky tannins, with notes of vanilla, spices, and coffee present.
Serve decanted.
