Description
The balanced Secateurs Red Blend Swartland from the Coastal Region are based on grapes from the Cinsault, Garnacha and Syrah grape varieties. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Coastal region. Here the vines dig their roots deep into granite soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house in the fastest way. Here you will be selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation is then carried out in concrete and large wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Secateurs Red Blend Swartland WO will be expanded for a few months in a large oak barrel.
