Description
Founded in 2006 by Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero, 4 Kilos is a winery that is dedicated, and has possibly rescued, the local grape Callet. Once a sheep farm, this winery is now recognised as one, if not the best producers on the island. The name 4 Kilos, refers to the initial 4 million peastas investment that was used to launch the winery. Money well spent we believe!! 4 Kilos is the winery's flagship wine. An elegant and serious wine, with beautiful fresh fruits and vibrancy and the ability to age for at least 10 years.
