The Teeling Family have been making whiskey since 1782 in their distillery on Marrowbone Lane in the Liberties, Dublin. Several generations later, Teeling opened their brand new distillery in 2015 where Jackk and Stephen are the newest generation who are carrying on the family legacy. This whiskey is the 2nd in the series to commemorate that 'Revival'.
Single malt, 46%.
Fresh and lively, unmistakably Irish in character. Ripe fruits such as pineapple, white grapes, aprictos, pears and melon. A touch of vanilla, honey and, of course, a slight apple aroma.
Powerful and light in body. At full strength there is a slight pepperiness and lots of fruit. Flavours of apricots, peach, pear, vanilla, honey and musat grapes. Some dryer oak and spice notes towards the finish.
