Dingle Single Pot Still Batch 2 is a small batch release from the Dingle Distillery. The 2nd distillery in Ireland to make a SIngle Pot still whiskey. In recent years, the Dignle Distillery hsa created some of the most highly sought-after Irish whiskeys.
Matured exclusively in Pedro Ximenez Casks.
It has notes of dried figs, candied citrus peel, winter spices and plum pudding. Altogether it gives a lovely complexity.
