Aged in clay pot for 10 months. Maceration of 5 weeks with the skins, and after that it passes in a 300-litre clay pot for 10 months. For this reason, it can be considered an orange wine (made with skins like a red wine) or better known as orange wine. A surprising wine, with great structure and volume, clean and tasty thanks to the good acidity of the Albariños from the region.
