This Pom'O is an apple port made from rare apple varieties, grown in their 200 yeard old orchards on the south slopes of Ireland's County Cork. The juice from bittersweet apples is mixed with the finest apple brandy, then aged in Itish whiskey barrels for at least a year.
Notes of baked apples, winter fires and waming spirit.
Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif, with cheese or in a cocktail.
