Domaine Hubert Brochard Pouilly-Fume Vieilles Vignes is rich and well rounded thanks to its later harvest and its time in oak, with bold citrus fruit flavours and a perfect level of acidity to refresh the palate. Delicious now, but there's no hurry to drink it.

Description
Around 1900, Aimée Brochard succeeded her father and cultivated vines with her husband Hubert. All the work was entirely done by hand with just the assistance of their two horses. They also farmed a few goats and produced their cheeses.
