Aged in seasoned oak pipes (534 litre casks) for an average of forty years & blended to a consistent marque each time it’s bottled. This is the oldest blend of tawny Port that Graham’s produce. Only small quantities of this wine are made & sold & they’re held in very high esteem by tawny Port aficionados.
Incredible concentration & complexity of aroma & flavour come through decades of ageing in the casks held at the Graham’s Lodge in Vila Nova de Gaia. Very complex with a powerful fragrance that belies its age & an array of flavours, from delicate fruit & raisins to toasted toffee & chocolate with an outstanding aftertaste. Much lighter than Vintage Port, these wines are delicious when served slightly chilled & are sometimes drunk as an aperitif as well as after a meal.
