The wine has velvety texture and lovely fruits on palate: red fruits, black fruits, both fresh and jammy, the odd juicy stone fruit like mango (the Garnacha always leaves its mark) and fresh grapes that provide a citrusy touch. Will be excellent with a salad of figs and duck ham with Parmesan shavings. It will also be great taking with red meats, grilled duck breast.
