From a vineyard planted in the Saint-Julien-en-Saint-Alban area on the western side of the Rhône River in the Ardèche. Whole bunch pressed and fermented in cement followed by 6-8 month elevage on fine lees.
A fresh and very tasty white wine. Starts off fresh and floral with bright apple and grape notes before finishing with a lick of spice and butter. A delicious wine but really needs decanting to show its best.
