Description
The Pabiot Family are very particular when it comes to viticulture and winemaking – some wines are made only when the vintage is right. They have been making wine on the Estate in Pouilly Fume since the late 19th century and Alain Pabiot and his son Jerome, are the 4th and 5th generation respectively. So they have every right and reason to be selective. The Estate is certified Terra Vitis and Haute Valeur Environnementale Level 3.
