Craft Cocktails are a range of premium, colourful bottled cocktails, hand mixed by our award winning team in Dublin 7. 'Made By Bartenders, Not by Pretenders', our cocktails are made with only 100% natural ingredients, premium spirits and some serious bartender know-how. 

The team at BAR 1661, winner of Ireland’s Best Cocktail Bar 2019, have poured their expertise and passion for crafting exceptional drinks into the range, available in 12 core flavours, as well as online exclusives, and limited editions throughout the year. As well as delivering to your door nationwide, Craft Cocktails is available at over 40 retailers and venues around Ireland and our custom built cocktail factory and showroom, Cuckoo Lane, is open to the public on weekends where our friendly bartenders are happy to talk through our range.
