    A deliciously fresh wine which perfectly expresses the complexity of the Charles Heidsieck spirit. Coral-like in appearance, with subtle orange reflections reminiscent of antique roses. Freshly picked strawberry aromas gradually become more intense, with home-made strawberry jam and blood peach alongside rich, warm notes of gingerbread and cinnamon. A vivacious palate full of red fruit, with some generous floral notes. Following a silky-rich texture, the finish is long and balanced.

    Established in 1811, Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque stands out visually amongst the other Grand Cuvee Champagne houses, thanks to the beautiful Japanese anemones on the bottle, designed by Emile Galle in 1902. Aromas of white fruits, lemons, white peach and pear gives way to hints of pineapple. This is followed by richer aromas of nuts, marzipan, and sweet spice. The palate is lively, with marked minerality. Sensual and silky, harmonious and beautifully balanced, the flavours mingle to leave a long, fine finish. An iconic vintage from Perrier Jouet.     Gosset's vintage champagne is a low dosage (extra brut) blend that spends an average of eights ageing in the cellars. Gosset Grand Millésime Brut 2006 is the first product to use the new ultra-environmentally friendly foil caps recently introduced by Gosset. Tasting Note: The nose is very delicate with immediate apple and pear notes and as it warms a little, more aromatic floral notes come out. This has a lovely clean and defined palate of apple and citrus notes. Given time in the glass more pear and yellow plum flavours come forward.
