Brilliant, clear, straw yellow with a golden shimmer. Delicate aromas of peach, melon, exotic spices and mineral. Medium bodied yet quite rich with a good level of fruit and complex spices. Maturation on the lees, partly in large casks and partly in stainless steel tanks for approx. 9 months. Interplay between different components: partly classic vinification, partly short skin contact and extended time on the lees and partly whole cluster vinification. Spontaneous fermentation, partly in large wooden casks and partly in stainless steel tanks. It is recommended with starters, pâtés and terrines, cold meat, all kinds of fish and seafood, white meat and poultry. Aging potential, 4-6 years.Details
