    The overall winner of 'Best White Wine' at the 2016-2017 at the Irish Wine Show Awards. this wine is bright pale yellow with a steely hue. The nose has hints of white fruit like apricot, grapefruit and melon. All seamlessly integrated with elegant floral background. The taste is fresh and tasty, with flavours of apple on the palate leading in to a nice bitter finish. Mouthwatering acidity.
  2. Brotte Côtes du Rhône "Esprit Barville" red 2016

    Dark ruby with light edges. Medium intensity with aromas of small stone fruits and delicately spicy hints of pepper, thyme and garrigue (bush land). Smooth, warming and elegant. Its aromas recall wild red fruits, dark cherries, forest floor and liquorice. The tannins are soft yet precise.

    Super value white wine. Fresh, mineral with some stone fruit aromas. Floral, hint of exotic fruits. Excellent wine!

    A moderately intense red wine, with hints of purple, typical of the variety. Hints of black cherries, plums, red mulberries and soft spice. Smooth on the palate with fragrance of plums and red mulberries. The typical freshness of the variety is well balanced. 3 months in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10 °C.

    Bright, ruby colour. Round and soft red with beautiful freshness. Black cherries and a hint of spice, supple rounded finish.

    Best Old World Red under €20 at the Irish Wine Show Star Awards 2018-2019. Full-bodied Rioja at a great price! Intense black fruit flavour with delicate vanilla and chocolate. 100% Tempranillo - 18 months in American oak barrels and maturing in the bottle for at least 18 months.

    Wine of the Year at the Irish Wine Show Star Awards 2018-2019. An unusual and very interesting Pinot Grigio from Argentina. Intense floral notes and beautiful notes of apricot, pear, lemon and jasmine. Nice acidity which perfectly balances its fruit.

    Wine of the Year at the Irish Wine Show Star Awards 2018-2019. With a deep brilliant purplish red colour, this wine has fruit notes of plums and spices such as thyme. The palate displays the silky character of Malbec framed by the structure and freshness of Petit Verdot. The finish reveals interesting notes of fresh fruit from Bonarda.

    An intense ruby red colour with plum-red nuances. The nose is fruity and intense with notes of evolution and recalls ripe red fruits such as berries, blackberries, wild cherries, and a light touch of oak. The palate is elegant with well-balanced body, delicate structure, and a very persistent, silky finish.
  10. Domæne Gobelsburg Kamptal Grüner Veltliner

    Aromas of roasted chestnuts and almonds followed by a pleasant pepperiness, orange zest and a bit of white bread on the palate. A light, dry, and very easy to drink white wine.
  11. Cantina Tollo Trebbiano d'Abruzzo 2014

    A lovely organic wine with a pale straw colour, may have a slight haze as it is unfiltered. The nose is fruity and has light floral notes. A medium-bodied wine which is delicate and fruity with a slight almond aftertaste.
  12. Vigna Corvino Montepulciano D'Abruzzo 2017

    A smooth wine with dark ripe fruits and a warming palate. Bright cherry and violet on the nose. A well-balanced wine!
  13. Vía Arxéntea - Treixadura Y Godello 2015

    On the nose vivid aromas of pineapple, mango, and smoky minerals. A full textured wine on palate which offers bright freshness and acidity. A diverse palate of flavours from ginger and fennel to lemon and orange.

  15. Hécula Monastrell 2014

    Intense and shiny cherry red colour. A nose full of fruity expression - plum, fig, berries - and intense balsamic aromas with integrated wooden notes alongside sweet liquorice spice. Soft and silky on the palatem it is well-balanced, fresh, with elegant soft tannins and a good acidity. Long and very well structured. Overall winner of 'Wine Of The Year' at the Irish Wine Show Awards 2016-17. A bargain bottle and a new staff favourite.
  16. Basa Rueda

    Lovely mandarin and peach before a ripe, orchard fruit-led palate. Lightly aromatic with succulent green fruits and a zesty dry finish. A great wine from a super producer.
  17. Cantina Mesa `Primo Bianco`, Vermentino di Sardegna

    Clear, pale straw in colour. The bouquet is both intense and delicate, with emphatic fragrances of citrus and bergamot, floral essences of roses, and pungent rosemary. The palate is crisp, dry, and savoury, with a lovely delicacy and finesse that continue through the long finish.
  18. Quinta do Romeu, 2011

    A delicious and organic Portugese red with ripe red fruits and floral notes on the nose. Great structure and mouth feel and a palate bursting with fruit. A very well balanced wine with integrated tannins lending a certain elegance.
  19. Secret de Viu Manent, Viognier

    A delicious viognier from the Colchagua Valley, bursting full of fruit. A light yellow in colour, with lots of apricot and ripe pear on the nose alongside citrus notes and floral aromas. The palate is medium in body with great volume. Fresh peach and apricot fruit flavours abound. A tasty and nicely balanced wine from the much-applauded Viu Manent Winery.
  20. Innocenti, Rosso di Montepulciano, DOC

    From the amazing area of Tuscany comes Rosso di Montepulciano, a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo Nero and Mammolo grapes. It has plummy warmth with notes of saddle leather and wild rose alongside meaty, gamey notes. Medium in body, the palate is sweetly fruity, but well-structured with notes of bitter cherry. Finely grained tannins.
