It all finishes with a long lasting refreshing citrus finish.

    This wine is full of tropical fruit, citrus and melons and has a juicy, slightly mineral finish. Fresh and aromatic with a nice dryness.

    Wine of an intense red colour with garnet-coloured hints. On the nose, fruity aromas of blackberry and black cherry, mingle with notes of basil and sweet spices due to the refinement in oak barrels.     On the nose there are intense aromas of black raspberry and cherry, with hints of smoke and mineral notes. The palate of this wine starts of with youthful notes of strawberry and plum which progress into fleshier and richer offerings of sweet red and dark berry flavours with hint of chocolate and herbs.

    A port designed to enhance the dark chocolate experience. The nose is filled with the smell of wild roses, and violets. It has soft ripe tannins, an intense texture and dry finish. A delightful and delicious Port.
  20. Castro de Valtuille 'Bierzo'

    A wonderful red wine from Bierzo, in the northwest of Spain. Made from 100% Mencia sourced from 80-year-old vines. Raul Perez, who now runs the winery, is a figurehead for Bierzo wines in Spain, renowned for making some of the best wines in the world and considered a bit of superstar in Spanish winemaking circles. Deep purple in colour with a nose of raspberries, cherries, mineral and floral notes. Medium-full in body with a soft palate, the wine offers complex flavors of red berries, cherries and spice. It was aged for just over a year in French oak barriques. The wine has a smooth, lengthy finish.
