Made from local grapes grown in the Alt Penedes region of Spain. Intense nose with notes of citrus to begin, followed by pear and ripe melon. Beyond the fruit are notes of minerality and flint. The palate is fresh and fruity with pear, apricots and peach that overlay a marked acidic background.

This delicious red from the Jumilla region is organically and biodynamically grown. 100% Monastrell, it shows the purity and freshness of this Mediterranean varietal, and is not a wine that is too high in alcohol or heavy. Aged in French oak barrels for seven months, it is an easy drinking wine with lots of fruit on the nose with hints of undergrowth. Solid character and depth. It will continue to evolve in the bottle over the next three years.

100% Verdejo from a certified organic estate in Rueda. Bodegas Menade specialise in natural winemaking and there is no sulphur added to this tasty white. Pale yellow with green hints, this Spanish white is clean and bright, is medium in body and full of green fruit and honey flavours. An interesting wine, it's definitely one to try.

El Picaro - or the rogue - is a young and fruity wine. Aromas of dark fruits such as blackberries and blueberries, mineral notes also appear, creating this fresh wine with complexity. El Recio - the tough one - has more age to it and enjoys subtle oaky notes alongside the fruit. It has an intense nose with notes of chocolate, black fruits and vanilla. In the mouth the taste is striking, predominantly round and silky. Both are delicious.

A great example, Sin Palabras is straw yellow in colour and clean in appearance. Fine and intense on the nose, with hints of white fruit (apricot and peach) and nice herb notes. On the palate this Spanish white is silky with a well-integrated acidity and long lingering finish.
