  1. Pieropan Soave Classico 2017

    Expressive and classic Soave, white flower and green apple notes. Ripe fruit perfectly balanced with the acidity and its freshness. The Pieropan family has been producing wines in Soave since the 1890s. Indeed, they were the first producer to bottle a wine with the name Soave on the label in the early 1930s. The soil is clay-basalt and volcanic in origin. Yields are low and the vines south facing. The vineyards are planted primarily with Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave (no relation to its prolific Tuscan namesake). No pesticides or chemicals are used.

The family Combard is one of the ambassadors of a new generation of prestigious winemakers. You can smell notes of white flowers that then develop into white peach aromas. The palate expresses the velvety texture of citrus peel and the zestiness of an essential oil. Not mandarin, not lemon, not orange, more like kumquat. There's something astringent, green, tight and fresh.

Bouquet only partially open but giving fresh, white-fleshed fruit with a hint of spiciness On aeration, a mineral note brings complexity to the ensemble. Long aromatic persistence. A very energetic first impression in the mouth along with fattiness. A combination of acidic and mineral tenseness is also noticeable. The balance is outstanding and there is good density. A long, lingering finish.

    Fresh, playful and complex nose as well on the palate. Slightly herbal notes caused by spontaneous fermentation. With discreet fruity flavours of grapefruit, pinapple and lemon peel. Intensive green apple notes with her seasoning and expressive slaty minerality in the end. A fine balanced Riesling, full of filigree and an appetizing texture.

    Rose and white fruit flavours on the nose, with a smooth, fresh and extremely fruity palate with green apple, bananas and exotic fruits. The pleasant bubble sensation offers a refreshing aftertaste.

    Citrus aromas combined with floral notes on the nose. Fresh, lively and thirst quenching on the palate. Decanter: Outstanding 95 points

    Complex and very expressive Pinot Grigio from famous Alto Adige region in Sudtirol. Displaying attractive aromas of white flowers and ripe stone fruits. Fresh and zesty with citrus fruits and signature pear flavours.
