Pardas Rupestris

Made from local grapes grown in the Alt Penedes region of Spain. Intense nose with notes of citrus to begin, followed by pear and ripe melon. Beyond the fruit are notes of minerality and flint. The palate is fresh and fruity with pear, apricots and peach that overlay a marked acidic background.
