They are a pure celebration of nature and the result of the incredible hard work of small independent winegrowers. By following environmentally friendly principles, the winemakers offer a totally different approach to winemaking delivering incredibly interesting wines.   • Winemaker Malbec Masterclass - Wed. 21st March, 7.30pm
    Wednesday 21st March - 7.30pm Delighted to host Andres, winemaker of Bodega Cuarto Dominio, for a masterclass of his outstanding Malbecs in collaboration with Honest2Goodness! Cuarto Dominio is a small family winery in Mendoza, Argentina, owned and run by 4th generation winemakers Andres Blanchard and Javier Catena (nephew of Nicolas Catena). The vineyards are located in La Consulta, Mendoza a higher altitude site leading to wines of expression and depth from a slower ripening process. They farm 25hA organically with mostly Malbec with a few other mostly Bordeaux varieties planted. The wines have received much critical acclaim with the wines receiving 90points or more across a number of important publications and reviewers like James Suckling, Wine Enthusiast and Argentina Specialist Tim Aitken. Join us for this unique tasting experience where Andres will guide us through the masterclass and tasting of three of his incredible Malbecs! An organic & biodynamic producer, Can Rafols makes incredibly interesting wines which we will be tasting on 2nd May together with the winemaker!

    Wednesday 25th April- 7.30pm Thrilled to announce our first winemaker dinner of the year together with Liberty Wines! Carmen from Bodegas Castaño will be with us to take us to the beautiful south-eastern Spain. Castaño symbolises the best of what southern Spain has to offer: rich, warm climate wines made from grapes grown at altitude and transformed into robustly modern wines. For several generations, Bodegas Castaño has been a pioneer in the region. "By keeping our roots, we follow our traditions. We have commited ourselves to produce top-quality wines, developing our genuine Monastrell grape variety." We will be tasting four Castaño wines paired with a 4-course dinner menu, specifically designed for the occasion by our head chef. €45pp Tickets for this event are non-refundable.
