    A beautiful Rose Brut from the oldest wine house in Champagne. Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Noir 50% incl. red wine 8% Rich expressive notes of fresh strawberries underlined with hints of concentrated strawberry jam with a lovely freshness. The palate is well structured with a perfect balance of freshness and roundness of fruit. It is dominated by voluptuous flavours of red fruit such as wild strawberries delivering a sweet, enveloping sensation. A beautifully accessible champagne when young, but on cellaring well it will keep or even intensify its beauty.

    A beautiful Cremant from Bourgogne. One hundred percent chardonnay, this elegant wine is full of creamy lemon, and lime zest with hints of baked apple.

    Pale straw yellow colour with fine bubbles. Citrus and apple with hints of floral and fine bakery aromas. Nice on entry to the palate, the cava is well-built, with well-balanced bubbles and a lovely creamy finish.
  6. Dominio de la Vega Expression Brut Cava

    Pale straw yellow colour of fine bubble. Citrus and apple aromas with floral memories and fine bakery. In the mouth, it has a nice entrance of good constitution and with a carbonated balanced, creamy and pleasant finish.
  7. Gosset, GRANDE RÉSERVE, Brut

    A blend of three different vintages, this super Champagne is a rich expression of ripe and dried fruit with a gentle, and persistent, freshness coming through. A subtle and beautifully crafted framework which is the signature of Gosset champagnes.

Corte Alta is a text-book, soft, well-made Prosecco which delivers subtle scents of white fruit and flowers. The palate has lovely, fresh notes of apple, pear and peach wrapped up in a light, refreshing fizz.
  9. 1993 Perrier Jouet 'Belle Epoque' Blanc de Blancs

    Established in 1811, Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque stands out visually amongst the other Grand Cuvee Champagne houses, thanks to the beautiful Japanese anemones on the bottle, designed by Emile Galle in 1902. Aromas of white fruits, lemons, white peach and pear gives way to hints of pineapple. This is followed by richer aromas of nuts, marzipan, and sweet spice. The palate is lively, with marked minerality. Sensual and silky, harmonious and beautifully balanced, the flavours mingle to leave a long, fine finish. An iconic vintage from Perrier Jouet. The last bottle that we know of left outside the Champagne House. Drink now to 2018.
