  1. Boon Framboise, 37.5cl

More than 300 grams per litre of fresh raspberries give Framboise Boon a fresh fruity taste. The young lambic supports the flavour. But this is very much about raspberries, not the lambic.
  2. Boon Kriek, 37.5cl

A traditional Belgian lambic based cherry kriek beer. Only fresh cherries (25%) are used. Kriek Boon is slightly sweet, with the surprising natural fragrance of sourcherries and almonds. With only 4% of alcohol it is a perfect summer beer.
  3. Lindemans Kriek, 37.5cl

A tart kriek with sour cherries, and a dry finish. A sparking brew which is smooth and refreshing.
  4. Oud Beersel Kriek, 37.5cl

Following spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels (no yeast or sugar added), young and old Lambic are blended; which results in a dry, tart and fruity wine-like taste. It has a pleasant sourness of champagne. The real cherries added during fermentation unveil an overwhelming fruitiness and the touch of almonds of the pip completes the joy.
  5. Oude Geuze Boon, 37.5cl

It consists of 90% mellow, 18 month-old lambic; 5% characterful, 3 year-old beer; and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and viable yeasts. Matured in oak casks (“foeders”). On palate, fruity grapefruit and cheese-like flavour with a touch of Muscat grapes. Sour mellowness and touches of dry oak are characteristic. The aftertaste is long, dry and intense.
  6. Oud Beersel Geuze, 37.5cl

Oud Beersel Oude Geuze is one of nature’s miracles. Oude Geuze is a blend of lambic from different years. One year old lambic is still readily fermentable. Two year old and three year old lambic main contribution is to the taste. Blending the lambic produces a sparkling beer that is made in accordance with time-honoured traditions. Oud Beersel Oude Geuze notable hop and fruit character is much appreciated by beer fans. Colour: amber gold. Fragrance: hoppy aroma with typical fragrance of wild ferments. Taste: The taste of the Oude Geuze of Oud Beersel combines from way back a pleasant bitterness with a sour yet smooth character. The first mouthful refreshes the tongue and opens the way to the wondrous world of the spontaneous fermentation with its complex subtleties.
