  1. Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait, 37.5cl

A dry and complex, traditional Belgian lambic beer. A mildly sour berry taste is followed by a bitter aftertaste of cloves. A beer for the purists. 100% spontaneously fermented. Refermented in the bottle. Tart, dry, sparkling and refreshing.
  2. Boon Kriek, 37.5cl

A traditional Belgian lambic based cherry kriek beer. Only fresh cherries (25%) are used. Kriek Boon is slightly sweet, with the surprising natural fragrance of sourcherries and almonds. With only 4% of alcohol it is a perfect summer beer.
  3. Lindemans Kriek, 37.5cl

A tart kriek with sour cherries, and a dry finish. A sparking brew which is smooth and refreshing.
  4. Oud Beersel Kriek, 37.5cl

Following spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels (no yeast or sugar added), young and old Lambic are blended; which results in a dry, tart and fruity wine-like taste. It has a pleasant sourness of champagne. The real cherries added during fermentation unveil an overwhelming fruitiness and the touch of almonds of the pip completes the joy.
  5. White Hag Puca, 33cl can

Lemon zest and lemon curd on the nose. Taste displays more tangy lemon and lactic with some other citrus notes. Body is light with medium carbonation. Crisp acidity keeps things fresh for a long zingy sour lemon finish.
  6. White Hag Puca Berry, 33cl can

Tart but very fruity with red berry fruit to the fore backed up with fruity and floral note of hibiscus. Finishing zesty and sour with light ginger spice.
  7. Sierra Nevada Otra Vez, 33cl can

A thirst quencher with lemon tartness and a creaminess from the cactus - a tiny pinch of coriander and salt - a treat for your palate!
  8. Oude Geuze Boon, 37.5cl

It consists of 90% mellow, 18 month-old lambic; 5% characterful, 3 year-old beer; and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and viable yeasts. Matured in oak casks (“foeders”). On palate, fruity grapefruit and cheese-like flavour with a touch of Muscat grapes. Sour mellowness and touches of dry oak are characteristic. The aftertaste is long, dry and intense.
