    Following spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels (no yeast or sugar added), young and old Lambic are blended; which results in a dry, tart and fruity wine-like taste. It has a pleasant sourness of champagne. The real cherries added during fermentation unveil an overwhelming fruitiness and the touch of almonds of the pip completes the joy.

    Traditional Belgian white beer with flavours of honey, coriander, and orange peel.
  8. Gulden Draak, 33cl

    Pale blonde in colour with slightly malty flavours and good spice. Long lasting finish, well rounded with crisp fruits. A high fermentation beer with secondary fermentation. For the secondary fermentation, wine yeast is used. A true great.
  9. Oude Geuze Boon, 37.5cl

    It consists of 90% mellow, 18 month-old lambic; 5% characterful, 3 year-old beer; and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and viable yeasts. Matured in oak casks (“foeders”). On palate, fruity grapefruit and cheese-like flavour with a touch of Muscat grapes. Sour mellowness and touches of dry oak are characteristic. The aftertaste is long, dry and intense.
  10. Avec Les Bons Vœux, 37.5cl

    A blond top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle. Very fine hop aromas with bitter taste that is fruity and mild. To drink at cellar temperature (12°C) or even chilled, as an aperitif.

    Quadruple style - dark with a full, white head. It has a fruity aroma, full of complex flavours with a long bittersweet finish and a hoppy bite.

    A dry and complex, traditional Belgian lambic beer. A mildly sour berry taste is followed by a bitter aftertaste of cloves. A beer for the purists. 100% spontaneously fermented. Refermented in the bottle. Tart, dry, sparkling and refreshing.
