  6. Oud Beersel Kriek, 37.5cl

Following spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels (no yeast or sugar added), young and old Lambic are blended; which results in a dry, tart and fruity wine-like taste. It has a pleasant sourness of champagne. The real cherries added during fermentation unveil an overwhelming fruitiness and the touch of almonds of the pip completes the joy.

Traditional Belgian white beer with flavours of honey, coriander, and orange peel.
  8. Gulden Draak, 33cl

Pale blonde in colour with slightly malty flavours and good spice. Long lasting finish, well rounded with crisp fruits. A high fermentation beer with secondary fermentation. For the secondary fermentation, wine yeast is used. A true great.
  9. Oude Geuze Boon, 37.5cl

It consists of 90% mellow, 18 month-old lambic; 5% characterful, 3 year-old beer; and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and viable yeasts. Matured in oak casks (“foeders”). On palate, fruity grapefruit and cheese-like flavour with a touch of Muscat grapes. Sour mellowness and touches of dry oak are characteristic. The aftertaste is long, dry and intense.
  10. Avec Les Bons Vœux, 37.5cl
